Open HR provides a professional reference verification platform including:

• Secure collection of professional references
• Identity verification of candidates and referees
• ProScore generation, a professional reliability indicator
• Summary reports for employers

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Payment is processed via Stripe, our secure payment provider.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@open-hr.work. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

All platform content (text, logos, images, software, databases) is the exclusive property of Open HR or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We process your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

California Residents: You have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell your personal information.

Open HR endeavors to ensure the reliability of its services but cannot guarantee their permanent availability. ProScore is a decision-support tool and does not constitute a hiring recommendation. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPEN HR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Open HR reserves the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
